We are a Public Policy DAO working to Restore American’s Right to Heal with Natural Medicine.

Why Should We Legalize

Today in the United States there is a mental health epidemic amongst our veterans of the armed services and American citizens. It is our duty to provide our veterans and our citizens with the highest quality of healthcare possible.

Clinically published research conducted by John Hopkins University, Yale, UC-Berkeley, The Ohio State University, Imperial College London and Bristol University demonstrates the transformational healing power of psychedelic medicine.

State of the Mental Health Crisis

Proposed Legislation

We are working to develop a bill to legalize and regulate access to psychedelic medicines by rescheduling psychedelics so they can be administered by spiritual organizations, healing centers and clinicians.

We the People of the United States of America should act to legalize access to psychedelic medicine for American citizens suffering from PTSD, Sexual Assault, Depression, Anxiety and associated clinical mental health disorders. For these illnesses, we aim to legalize, reschedule, regulate and tax the following psychedelic medicines: Psilocybin, Lysergic acid diethylamide, N,N-Dimethyltryptamine, 5-MeO-DMT, Ayahuasca, San Pedro, Ibogaine, and 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine.

What is a Social Welfare DAO?

A Social Welfare DAO is a combination of a 501c(4) organization and a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO). A 501(c)(4) organization is a non-profit social welfare organization that is primarily engaged in promoting the common good and general welfare of the community and is allowed to engage in a limited amount of political activity. We are pioneering political activity by combining a 501c(4) and a DAO.
